Get to know our company

Level was founded by partners Jamie Golding and Faisal Jamal.

Jamie brings decades of experience in fit-out and construction, while Faisal has spent many years in the hospitality industry, originally as one of Jamie’s clients. Their shared ambition to combine expertise from both sides of the table led to the creation of Level a fit-out and construction partner built specifically for the needs of QSR and hospitality operators.

With Jamie’s deep build knowledge and Faisal’s insight into the day-to-day challenges of running hospitality businesses, the pair have developed processes and teams that deliver exceptional results on time, on budget, and on brand every time.

Today, both founders draw on a wealth of shared understanding across construction and operations, continuing to refine and evolve Level’s approach to make every project smoother, smarter, and more collaborative for our growing list of clients.
